Class 800 - Principles of Real Estate Law

INSTRUCTOR:
Beverly J. Francy, SR/WA, is the founder and President of Acquisition Sciences, Ltd. (ASL) located in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV. Beverly has a BS degree in Business Administration and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. She has over 30 years of experience in acquisition, relocation, property management, appraisal, title, program and project management and as a consultant for Transit/Light Rail, Aviation, Highway and Redevelopment Projects for governmental agencies. Prior to starting ASL in 1989, Beverly was a manager with the State of Arizona Land Department and Deputy County Recorder in Minnesota. Beverly has been an IRWA instructor for several years.
