Job Description - Scope:   
Prepare and acquire rights-of-way, easements, temporary easements, permits, and other land interests for natural gas pipeline systems and related facilities. -- This is a 40-hour per week position. Agent is expected to use own vehicle to perform work related travel. Service area includes Tucson and portions of Yuma, Maricopa, Cochise, Pinal, Pima, and Greenlee Counties.
Requirements:
Valid AZ driver's license, MS Office skills and interpersonal skills. General knowledge of construction design plans. Able to read, plot, write property legal descriptions; Effectively research land records for encumbrances, use, ownership; Produce project reports, schedules, cost estimates. -- Skills & Knowledge Screening may be required.
