Job opening - Senior PM Specialist - Maricopa County
The Senior Property Management Specialist supports the Property Management Supervisor(s)
and the Departments Property Management team as a whole by conducting complex land
rights analyses, providing asset management program recommendations, and coordinating
land rights tasks associated with the acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of: (1) Maricopa
County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) roadways, capital improvements, and excess
properties; and (2) Flood Control District (FCD) operating structures, capital improvements and
excess properties; and (3) County real property. The Specialist is also responsible for
conducting day-to-day project management and assigned tasks to include providing direction
and support to other Property Management Specialists on the team.
