The Staff Superintendent/Right-of-Way is responsible for oversight of the corporations right-of-way policies, practices, and guidelines as well as providing technical direction and support to the five operating divisions. This position ensures compliance with applicable codes and regulations related to rights-of-way acquisition, use and release.
